    ALeeca began in the real estate business in 1985 as an office assistant for a realtor at Remax Professionals. After eleven years she decided to get her real estate license and shortly after she got her license the realtor she was working for decided to put real estate on hold and pursue another line of work. ALeeca decided to try real estate on her own and enjoyed working with friends and those clients who became her friends while she was at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. In 2002 when the real estate market slowed down she thought that maybe she would need to go back the drawing board and find something else that could keep her busy. In December of 2002 she ran into Jim Urban at a wedding reception of a mutual friend and they began talking about real estate. Jim mentioned that he was looking for a licensed client care coordinator to run his office and take care of his clients. That sounded like that was what ALeeca was looking for. She began working for Jim in February of 2003 and has enjoyed her expanded friendships with Jim’s clients, friends and the other realtors who work in the Urban Companies office. She looks forward to working with Kyle, Dan and Jan who have joined
the Home Referral Team and getting to know their friends and clients.
